Example: 500 g vs 1 kg
A 500 g pack and a 1 kg pack are first normalized to grams. Their shelf prices are then divided by 500 and 1,000 respectively, making the comparison like-for-like.
What unit price does not decide
- •All entered prices must use the same currency.
- •The lowest unit price is not automatically the best product for quality, storage, expiry, delivery or personal needs.
- •Promotions and taxes should be reflected in the price you enter if they apply to only one option.

Can I compare kg with grams?+
Yes. Weight options are normalized to grams before ranking.
Can I compare litres with fluid ounces?+
Yes. Volume options are normalized to millilitres; fl oz uses the US fluid-ounce definition.
Does it support multi-packs?+
Yes. Pack count multiplies the entered quantity before the unit price is calculated.
