2. Service Description
MAXScanner provides web-based document, PDF, image, media, calculator and related tools. Depending on the feature, processing can happen locally in your browser or on MAXScanner processing infrastructure. Account, library, API or cloud features may require authentication and can use server-side storage or processing as described by the feature and Privacy Policy.
3. Your Files and Content
You retain ownership of the files and content you process. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required to use any content you submit, save or process.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not use MAXScanner for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity, or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the service.
5. Availability and Changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature or processing backend.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. You should verify important output before relying on it, including calculations, conversions and generated documents.
