It validates measurable file properties: decoded pixel dimensions, target aspect ratio, orientation, MIME format and maximum file size. It does not claim to validate biometric acceptance, exact head height, eye line, facial expression, shadows, eyewear, background uniformity or any authority-specific rule that cannot be reliably derived from these file properties. Always compare the final image with the current instructions from the receiving authority or portal.
