With legs 3 and 4, c = √(3² + 4²) = √25 = 5. The area is 6 square units and the acute angles are about 36.87° and 53.13°.
What the result does not assume
- •This tool assumes a right triangle. Three arbitrary side lengths belong in the general Triangle Calculator.
- •When solving a leg, the hypotenuse must be larger than the known leg or no real right-triangle solution exists.
